1.1. Ariston reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the scheme or any part of it without prior notice or compensation due to circumstances beyond its control. Ariston's decision on all matters relating to the scheme shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.2. If a member of the scheme is an employee (or subcontractor) of a company, it is assumed that membership of the scheme is with the full knowledge and consent of their employer. It is also assumed that any rewards redeemed are done so with the full knowledge and consent of their employer.

1.5. Ariston will endeavour to provide 3 months’ advance notice of termination of the scheme. But reserve the right to terminate the scheme at any time.
2.1. Membership is only open to registered trading installers who are Gas Safe Registered heating engineers bound by the terms and conditions of Gas Safe, who are resident in, and whose normal place of business is, within the Mainland UK. Your registered Gas Safe address must be the address the Affinity account is registered to.
2.2 Ariston Connections is open to installers only, we classify installers as those who fit a minimum of 10 Ariston products (gas boilers, unvented cylinders or renewable products) over a 12-month period.
3. PRIVACY, COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1. Ariston reserves the right to keep Members informed of the Promoter’s products and services by email, post and/or telephone.
3.2. If you do not want to receive any information in accordance with clause 3.1 above, please email Ariston at email@example.com.
3.3. The Member acknowledges that Ariston and/or other members of its group of companies are the owner of any and/or all Intellectual Property Rights relating to the names, logos, trademarks, products, services, get-up, van livery, trade dress, labels, stickers, promotional leaflets, flyers and posters used in the scheme. For the avoidance of doubt, in these Conditions, Intellectual Property Rights means any and/or all patents, utility models, rights to inventions, copyright and neighbouring and related rights, moral rights, trademarks and service marks, business names and domain names, rights in get-up and trade dress, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off, rights in designs, database rights, rights to use, and protect the confidentiality of, confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world.
3.4. The member acknowledges that any Marketing Materials provided to the member by Ariston, any member of Ariston Thermos group of companies, agencies, or other companies involved directly with the administration of the scheme in accordance with these Conditions may contain Intellectual Property Rights. The Member’s licence, if any, to use any such Marketing Materials and/or any of the Intellectual Property Rights, is solely for the Member’s benefit and the Member is prohibited from sub-licensing, assigning, transferring and/or dealing with any such Intellectual Property Rights and/or Marketing Materials in any way, without obtaining the prior written approval of Ariston.
3.5. The Intellectual Property Rights in the Ariston name and logo are owned by Ariston Thermo SPA, Viale Aristide Merloni, 45, 60044 Fabriano (AN), Italy VAT NUMBER GB 442395742
4. GAS SAFE NOTIFICATION (UK)
When you register your appliance through Ariston Connections, you will have the option of letting Ariston register the appliance with Gas Safe who will notify the Local Authority.
4.1. As part of your Connections membership
i. Notify the Gas Safe Register of the installation on your behalf,
ii. Pay the fees associated with this notification directly to the Gas Safe Register
iii. Send the homeowner their Building Regulation Compliance Certificate
4.2. Lost Certificates - If duplicate certificates are required please call 0333 240 8777 (duplicate certificates may be chargeable)
4.3. Cancellation of Certificates - Should incorrect information be shown on the certificate please call 0333 240 8777 with the certificate number and corrections required so we can inform necessary bodies and re-issue the certificate.

5. WARRANTY REGISTRATIONS
5.1. You will apply for manufacturer's warranty by completing the online registration form on the website or via the Ariston Connections App
5.2. To complete the form you will need the serial number of the boiler(s).
5.3. To complete the form you will need the boilers warranty code (unless registering an E-Combi)
5.4. Manufacturer's warranty registrations and extended warranty registrations are carried out in accordance with Ariston Customer Service terms and conditions, which are available on the website.
6.1. You must ensure that all information you provide to Ariston is accurate, and you must keep your contact and other details up-to-date, using the forms provided on the connections website or by emailing connections.uk@Aristonthermo.com . If you remove details which Ariston needs to administer your membership, Ariston may require you to supply alternative details or may terminate your Membership Agreement.
6.2. You are responsible for management of all user names and passwords provided in connection with the scheme, Ariston shall not be responsible for any misuse of such usernames and passwords, or any fraud committed using such usernames and passwords.
6.3. You may at any time by notice to Ariston terminate your membership of the scheme. In such case, your membership will terminate at the end of the next day following receipt of your notice. Ariston may terminate your membership of the scheme at any time immediately by notice to you.
6.4. Ariston may from time to time require you to reconfirm your details by visiting the Connections Website and actively confirming through the website that the details are correct. If you fail to do so within 14 days of a request, Ariston may terminate your membership of the scheme immediately by notice.
6.5. We may terminate your membership of the Scheme immediately by notice to you if you:
commit an irremediable material breach of your Membership Agreement;
commit any breach of these terms (however minor, and whether or not remediable) and you commit a similar breach again after notice from Ariston
commit any remediable breach of these terms and conditions (however minor) and do not remedy that breach in a reasonable period after notice from Ariston
